Credonario B.V. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we process, why we do this and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Credonario B.V., established at Keizersgracht 213, 1016 DT Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87654321.
2. Which data we collect
When you subscribe to our Eco-newsletter, we process your name and email address. We also process technical data needed for the functioning of the website, such as IP address and browser type.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data exclusively to send you our newsletter, to prevent misuse of the website and to improve the content of our publications.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in offering a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter. After that, we delete your data within thirty days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Send a request to info@credonario.com and you will receive a reply within one month.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Our servers are located within the European Union.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The most recent version is always available on this page.
